Lightly brush it with olive oil before it goes in the oven. The lopside thing I can't help you with.

Did someone say pizza?
Corn meal all over it with olive oil

The problem is that pizza needs way more heat than you think. A real Italian pizza gets made in a stone oven at 800 degrees Celsius. So you at the very least need to turn your oven to the max temp.
master the fold and tuck
Get some seasoning in there and it'll look more appetizing I reckon

>800 degrees Celsius
Good luck with that.
Retard.

for one thing, buy a screen
secondly, learn how to toss, how pizza places get round even crust is because the dough is put through a roller or rolled by hand into balls
then, you flatten the balls out into circle shape and then toss it in the air, spinning it, to stretch it out, this takes practice but you'll master it eventually, then you slap it on the screen like in this pic and just work it while rotating it to the edges
as for looking plain, always cheese your pizza all the way to the edge, don't feel like you need to leave a crust portion, that will form naturally as the dough bakes and rises, cheese it all the way to the end and the crust that rises will have a nice baked on cheese look

I think you mean Fahrenheit. 800 C would be like 1472 F.

KEK
You don't make pizza in industrial furnaces.

Maybe he means a "real italian pizza stone gets baked in an oven at 800 degrees Celsius".
>>8488747
It doesn't, it's about 800F. 800C is much too hot.

>he doesn't make pizza on the sun
Fucking earthlings
