You should grill some mother fucking jalapeno poppers. Stuff those bad boys with sharp chedder and cream cheese, then wrap them in bacon.

Also, grill some fish! Perhaps some tailpipeia or salmon! Gotta be careful on the cooking time with fish though!

Burgers. Go buy some ground beef, seasoning, onion, and make some killer homemade burgs. Slap a nice assortment of cheese ontop to finish. Fresh bakery buns and some veggies to go ontop and you're set (maybe a fried egg too).

Dont think any stores near me actually have venison, and i had to miss last season.

Grill some steak, man. Ribeye is a wonderful choice, and you can season it "old-fashioned" - cover it with coarse salt and herbs, then remove the excess salt when ready.
