So cut up chicken breast and marinated some of it in teriyaki, korean bbq sauce, salt and pepper and in other container I marinated it in tandoori and curry paste mixture.
I have veggies like broccoli and carrots and I have rice.
I'm a shitty cook, how do I cook this shit what do?

Cook it until it dies.
Also I have a carbon steel pan. It's 12 inches.
I heard you're not supposed to throw everything in at once because it doesn't cook properly. But I want to cook a lot.
Do I cook one thing at a time and throw it into another pan?
But I wanted everything to cook together so the flavors stayed together?
fuck

This looks easy but I don't have a wok.
What kind of wok did he use, what non-stick was on it?
Also I don't have a gas stove.

you dont need a wok to do stir fry although it does help, they are like 15 dollars at walmart

I just use a nonstick pan, not a wok. Also I don't have a gas stove either.
If you have a stove, any pan, and cooking oil, then you are set. GO COOK!

1/2 cup diced onion
2 clove garlic, minced
1 cup cooked brown rice
1 tsp Chinese 5 spice powder
