Why can't it be refrozen?

Make chicken meatballs. Throw it all in a good processor with the other ingredients or your choice and blitz it up in to a paste like consistency (think of how mcnuggets would look in the factory) then shallow fry to get a bit of colour and bake in the oven at 180C for 15 minutes to finish cooking

They can be frozen and used for anything from a snack to making a pasta or whatever

Fry them in a pan with spices of your choice.
Take out enough for dinner. Have it with a salad or something.
Freeze the rest of the cooked chicken.
