Why would you call a meal that

If you has a meal in the last four hours, even if you'd just woken up, it'd be a very late lunch. Once you're past the 4 hour mark of no food and you wake up, I personally consider that breaking fast (technically, not practically).
Anyways, the meal doesn't have to be any of those, it could just be a fucking meal. There's no reason it absolutely must fit into the standardized generic-European 3 meals a day. Depending on where you are and what you ate that might have been teatime, and if you're a prairie kinda injun it'd always be breakfast in this case. Fuck, it could even depend on your age, all kids where I live get an extra light meal analogous to teatime around 6PM, a lot of teenagers and young adults do too, also old people.
