Buy some water chestnut flour and make crepes. Low in fat and calories, and only 5 grams of carbs per 1/4 cup. And the crepes are super easy to make:

1 cup water chestnut flour (also called singoda)
1/2 cup yogurt (beat the yogurt well to make it smooth)
1/2 cup water
1/4 teaspoon salt
Optional: you can add whatever spices or herbs or seasonings you like for more flavor.

Sift the flour into a bowl, and add the yogurt and water and mix well. Stir in salt and any other seasonings you want to add. Let batter sit for 15 minutes.
Heat your griddle or pan and oil it well or use nonstick spray. Pour a ladle of the batter onto the pan and spread it out. Cook for 5 minutes on one side, flip and cook the other side. You can use them on the side of a dish, or you can put a filling in them and roll them up.

Are you fucking kidding? How stupid are you? Water chestnut crepes have been eaten for hundreds of years, but in India, they call them dosas, and other asian countries have other names for them. It's a very common flour to use, except in your flyover trailer park neighborhood.

Pic related is actually not bad. Of course they're nothing like homemade tortillas, but compared to other store-bought they are very close. Haven't tried low carb bread so can't help you there, sorry.

These and whiskey have been my saving grace while in ketosis.
