i do gas mark 7 (which is 425 in freedom units) for 1.5 hours

white flesh sweer potatoes are better btw

I made some of these with vinegar, cranberries, and beets on top a couple days ago. Added bacon and cheese on top for the last 30 minutes. You literally cannot mess up sweet potatoes.
