Guys is my tuna bad? I bought this tuna a long time ago and put it in my freezer for about 8 months now, and thawed it by having it in my fridge for about 48 hours. I wanna say it had the dark when I got it but not too sure about the yellower spots...
It was sushi grade when I got it. Would it still be safe to eat raw?
Other side.
It's fine.
The texture/taste will be a little off because it was in the freezer for so god damn long, but other than that, it's can only be as harmful as it was the day you got it.
The effects of long-term freezing on foods are generally "cosmetic."

Michelin are snobs defining what good food are, which is retardedly bad and expensive. Do continue to live in your deluded world along with the snobs and their "good" taste in food
