When I finally broke down and bought my Vitamix last year, the first thing I made in it was fresh peanut butter with a fresh container of unsalted dry roasted peanuts. I was worried about how much I had invested into the blender and the peanuts compared to the generic storebrand jars of PB I usually get.
When finished, I was blown away by the taste and texture of the results. I've never had a creamier (almost liquid) warm textured PB with a cleaner/purer taste. It's kind if a horizon-expanding experience where you realize that the added sugar/salt/stabilizers in non-natural versions just get in the way.
Just the other day I used some in a double batch of peanut butter chocolate chip cookies and they turned out amazing.

I think the natural varieties of peanut butter of any brand are miles ahead of the conventional versions. As long as it separates on the store shelf you know it's good (and to keep it from separating at home mix it up and then store it upside down, preferably in the fridge).
