I don't know how, but Lucky Charms has cured my IBS. Past six years I've had consistently horrible poops, almost always taking at least a half hour, cramps, all the fun stuff. Struggle 90% of the time.
I've had a bowl of this with almond milk for breakfast every day for the past months, and the poops have been rocky and formed. I don't know what the fuck is going on, and I'm not a General Mills shill, but this is like rebirth.

When my youngest stopped consuming regular milk, his bathroom problems stopped. Milk in small quantities don't bother him, though.
