Does this beef look cooked enough? Im fucking starving and i dont know if i need to pop it back in the over or just fry it. It was in over as a stuffed pepper for 2 hours at 400 degrees, wrapped in foil.

it's beef, tomato paste, onions, random veggies and rice, stuffed in pepper, wrapped in foil and left in over. I had the option to pan fry it before stuffing it, but i wanted it to get baked with the pepper. in hindsight i regret being lazy. It's gonna take a couple days before its clear but we'll see....
