I'm moving out of my parents place finally, and I'm looking to make a list of groceries to get to hold me over for at least a month or so. I have most cooking pots/pans and a rice cooker/conventional oven to work with. My budget is like 50-60 dollars, anyone think they can help? I was thinking obviously a large amount of rice, for starters.
Here's a small doggo to signify my lack of understanding.
