We have the "Desayuno Americano" (american breakfast) that is the staple breakfast plate of almost all hotels in the country.

It has sunny side eggs, bacon, toast or pancakes with butter, and coffee or orange juice.

No. A "continental breakfast" means there is an assortment of foods provided but no actual table service. The diner chooses their own food from what is laid out on the counter pre-prepared, sort of like a buffet.

"Continental breakfast" is a style of service, not a specific dish or menu.
