I was driving through eau claire and went to culvers
Ordered my food to go and waited inside
After like twenty minutes they came out and said that someone dropped my meal right after making it
They offered me some free dessert. I said "don't worry about it I'm happy to wait"
So they came out later with my meal and gave me a token for a free dessert =)

That's good service and what is lacking in most places I have both a sonic and dairy queen near me that are only a couple years old and have to be loosing money because of the shitty service and lack of interest in food quality I mean who the fuck buys a franchise and lets it go to hell that quick

I had Culver's for the first time yesterday. It was not bad, but did not live up to the hype at all. I expected it to be at least as good as Five Guys. It was more on a Steak n Shake level.
