Also there isn't any food that does what you want. I've heard drinking shitloads of water and/or sweating a lot helps, can't vouch for it though, might be complete bullshit (can't hurt though)

Is this for a job, OP? Most employers opt for an oral exam over a urine test, and oral exams only pick up pot from a short time ago (like a week), unlike urine exams.
