I like making sandwiches with the leftover turkey, mayo, mustard, and a bit of either gravy or cranberry sauce in some focaccia

depends on what we're having. usually for christmas dinner there aren't many leftovers. it's generally just 4 of us and we don't make a turkey or a ham for christmas, so there isn't a big feast. usually it ends up being something like homemade pizza. my family is...a bit odd.
