When it comes to eating raw poultry, you'll be pretty okay if you're very specific about where it came from and how it was handled. Unfortunately with poultry you're more at risk for food poisoning than eating almost any other kind of raw meat. So it's definitely risky, but not impossible to eat raw chicken a regular basis and be okay. But in that same vain I guarantee that any of people eating raw chicken in this thread aren't being careful about where their chicken is coming from so, id just let them be stupid.
