This is a baked potato with taco-style toppings.
It was atrocious. Bland as hell. The only flavor I got came from the taco sauce packets.
How would you improve this dish?

Simplify. You've got to much going on there.

Remove banana peppers. Add homemade turkey chili. Bake to melt the cheese.
Take taco packets, empty into carpet cleaner, clean my carpets with taco sauce, my whole house smells like shitty Heinz fake taco sauce now. Living the dream.
I don't know, maybe some fucking seasonings? Because I'm not a complete fucking retard who thinks taco flavours just magically appear when I mix the right combination of taco toppings?

add al pastor/pollo asado, proper salsa, cilantro, guac. nix the banana peppers, reduce the sour cream, combine the tomatos and onions with lime/cilantro/garlic and make a pico.

more packets!!!

If this doesn't say "flyover", I don't know what does.

A good quality russet potato, baked properly, requires only salt, pepper and butter. Have whatever you want on the side, but do not ruin a good potato by putting a pile of garbage on it.

I've had baked potatoes with just a good fresh pico de gallo and it's not bad. Low fat too if that's your thing.
What potato

I put cayenne pepper, garlic salt, and button on my baked potatoes
it tastes bretty gud

i would put cheese directly on top of the potato and use a strong cheddar or similar tasty flavourful cheese
I don't see any meat on that "taco" and I've never seen banana peppers on a real taco. Switch to jalapeƱos and add some browned ground meat with a Mexican sauce

it needs pulled pork on it
