I made brownies.
325-350F for 30-40 minutes. (used a glass dish so it took a long time)
1 pack instant hot cocoa
3/4 cup cocoa powder
2 handfuls of chocolate chips
A palmful of coarsely ground coffee
2 pinches of table salt
2 pinches of baking soda
1.25 sticks of butter
2 eggs
A splash of milk
3/4 cups of sugar
1/2 cups of flower
1 tsp nilla extract

I would add that you need the butter to be slightly warmed and very soft/near liquid.

What?

using glass slows baking by 5-10 minutes b/c of worse heat transfer properties.

Looks good sempai but that's really complicated. Are they cakey or fudgey?
My recipe goes:
>200g dark chocolate (cooking chocolate works better than eating chocolate)
>140g butter
>200g brown sugar
>85g plain flour
>2 eggs
>1 egg yolk
>pinch salt
>splash vanilla
>melt butter and chocolate, stir in sugar, add eggs and yolk one at a time, add salt/vanilla, stir in flour
>bake 40 minutes @ 160C

My personal recipe is:
185g dark chocolate
185g butter
275g caster surge
3 eggs
85g plain flour
40g cocoa powder
Chocolate chips
Melt chocolate and butter, mix flour and cocoa powder, in a different bowl whisk the eggs and sugar, fold in the chocolate, fold in the flour and cocoa, fold in the chocolate chips and then bake for 25-35 min at 185C.

That looks like garbage, famalam. Brownies should be rich, flour-less, and fudgey. You just made chocolate cake.

>nope
Brownies do typically contain flour, just because you have a recipe that doesn't include it does not change the connotation of the word. Just like if I told someone I wanted chocolate cake, and they gave me flourless cake based on a recipe they googled to specifically not have flour, I would take that shit back.

OP's recipe does have flour, its obviously visible, its a brownie, and he lists it in his ingredients.

>flourless brownies
Soooo... chocolate omelette?

>>8393579
Mmmmn, would it been better if you had set the glass dish on a metal pan?
>flower
Kek!
>>8393553
>no weed

I bake a lot but I've never had homemade brownies that were better than pic related
