So I'm dieting, myfitnesspal and fatsecret are giving conflicting results for something.
Which should I believe?

That you shouldn't be eating Bojangles

Normally I don't, but my roommate brought me 3 home and I'm kind of OCD on my diet chart and would like it to be accurate.
why not just grill or bake your own chicken instead of going through this ~*trying*~ dilemma of figuring out which of your calorie counters are correct?
The first one is no mayo, the second one, i assume, has mayo.

So if you put mayo on things it takes away calories? lol.
>>8393422
what? The first one has no mayo and has fewer calories. The second one has mayo and has more calories as well as more fat.
>>8393426
First one says no mayo no bun, has more calories.
Second one only says no bun and has less.

i think you may want to look again, friend. Myfitnesspal says it has 70 calories and Fatsecret says it has 109.
With these sort of calorie trackers you should always take the higher estimate. In the case of fast food, add 100-500 calories per serving.

MFP says 175.

Op here.
>add 100-500 calories per serving.
Why?
