Get your gallbladder checked. That's one of the symptoms I had early on. Thought I was just intolerant to some foods, but nope, it turned out to be my gallbladder full of stones. I put up with shitty symptoms for several years until I wound up in the hospital with pancreatitis from the duct being blocked by a stone.
