there's usually a reason why food makes you sick all the time, and figuring it out can make your life much better and bearable. on the off chance you somehow can't eat due to psychological reasons or something, then i'd recommend something like Soylent. which i've never done before, but if i'm thinking "max nutrients min taste/effort" Soylent definitely fits the bill.
