I wish I had a more interesting reason, but it's just poor heredity. Father had the same problem throughout his time. I'm getting implants soon, but it will take a while, hence this thread.

Polish soups (kapusiniak, pea, borscht, etc.) contain lots of veggies and meats and if made properly even the kielbasa and ham should be tender enough for you.

learn to chew with your front teeth until you can afford the surgeries. I'm doing the same right now and 36. My entire Moms side had shit teeth and I inherited it. They're all from Ireland. Always brushed 2-3 times a day. Flossed once a day. Mouth wash 2 times a day. Never neglected.. The shit still happened.
