That's easily remedied with some composted manure. But you're right, you want a high nitrogen content and bonemeal for calcium to prevent blossom end rot.

I grow tomatoes every year. I've grown San Marzano twice. I've had canned San Marzano straight from Italy.

Both times they tasted like every other Roma tomato that I've ever had. Fuck off with the memes.
