For breakfast, I cook bacon in advance. It's good for up to a week. In fact, I'm making a tray right now. That way I can wake up to some good breakfast this weekend and next week. I cook it to about 90% of the crispiness I like and refrigerate it. Then I throw it in the toaster oven while I fry an egg. It finishes cooking the remainder 10%, and by the time my egg is done, breakfast is ready. Store bread in the freezer, and just break off a slice when you need it. By the time you've finished frying it in some butter, it's thawed. You would never be able to tell it was frozen. My wife will sit down for breakfast, and I'll have her a plate of food in 5 minutes tops. Short order cooking FTW.

I cook frozen chicken breasts, rice, frozen broccoli and put it in the fridge in separate tubs (mixed together) for the next 3-5 days. You don't want to leave it any longer than that though really.
