Hey, quick question guys!
What's the best brand to buy and best way to prepare a hot dog to get it snappy like you do from vendors? All the ones I find are caseless and if I fry them they tend to blister and get rubbery with minimal snap. If I boil them they get soggy too. Do I have to buy them in bulk from a vendor?
