What is a cheap recipe that a poor college guy can use? I dont have any fancy equipment but i do have a rice cooker and a crockpot. I still wanna eat nutritious since im not homeless poor. I can afford meat btw so no beans and rice please

Definetly get some rice and beans. Good nutrient dense food. Don't get any meat it's too expensive. Just get eggs and hot sauce.

Cook large batches of food like chili or stew.
Also, a really cheap recipe I often use is just pasta, lemon juice and tuna with black pepper. Pretty tasty.
