Roasted myself a 2 kg leg of lamb the other day with roast potatoes, stuffing, yorkshire puddings, gravy and lamb sauce.
I ate all the trimming but I've got half the lamb meat left in the fridge, what can I do with it?

Make a kebob or a stew.

Unfortunately I already carved the meat, it's in big thin slices like in the picture. I'm not sure that will work well for kebabs or stew, but I guess I could try it.

You could grind it up and make lamb burgers, which are great if you shape them properly.

Now this idea I like. Definitely gonna try this, thanks.

Don't try it with already roasted meat ffs. Make a Moroccan style stew, sweat some onions and garlic, and a tin of tomatoes, cumin, coriander, tumeric, ginger etc, simmer it for 20 minutes or so and then add the chopped lamb chunks and some chickpeas for the 10 minutes or so. Serve with cous cous.

Make a curry.
Any leftover meats, unwanted pets or irksome neighbours.
Into the curry they go.

>Shred it
>make a batch of coleslaw
>go buy mini burger buns
>Lamb and Coleslaw Sliders

This is my plan for a leg of lamb in the freezer. Roast it and have half on the day, then cube the remainder and make a vindaloo curry
