Nip curry is the only curry I've been able to finish. All the others I've tried taste like the dumped in a tablespoon of everything the had on the spice rack.

it's often gloopy, but nip curries aren't generally very rich, especially compared to many north indian and thai curries, and in fact mole

sweet and salty with curry powder is a nice flavour though. it's a moderately stimulating comfort food.
