Yes, they've given everything they have to the broth. Throw the onions and leek bottoms into your soup/stew if you really want to stretch it, but they aren't going to add any flavor.

It's all super cheap ingredients, anon. That's how stock/broth is made, and is where the flavor/body comes from in most liquid based dishes.
