Hi Cooks!
Quick question, I want to cook a some squash, with diced bacon, whole squashed garlic cloves and kale.
My main question is, which whould I add first between the diced bacon and garlic cloves?
I was thinking of puting the garlic cloves in first at high heat with duck fat to sear them, then add the bacon, but my SO says to add the garlic after the bacon to not burn it...
What do?
Add the bacon first - you don't want to burn the garlic

Bacon Low Heat few minutes crank to max just before crispy add garlic and honey and sherry then in goes squash crush with fork add Parmesan and bake under Grill disregard cabbage bov mir
