I make anything from smoked ribs and vinegar coke slaw, to Kielbasa sausage w/ Mac&cheese and a salad. Tonight I made sweet and sour meatballs with rice pilaf and frozen green beans. Tomorrow night is chicken tender, lemon garlic butter and basil pasta with pea pods, tomato and onion.
