Hey /ck/, I have several cups of home-made chicken stock, and I'm wondering what kind of soup I want to make. I don't want chicken soup, i want something less traditional. Something nice and hearty for these cold winter days.

I like the additions so far. I'm thinking of maybe doing something with miso and dry shitakes in my chicken stock along with some Asian condiments like soy/fish sauce
You can do a rissotto but instead of white wine redux use chicken stock.
Chickenstock is literally the base for all cooking
