Made some blackberry vanilla jam today, it gelled up very nicely and im happy with it. Ended up not straining it either since the bits give a pleasant texture

I made wonton wrapper ravioli last night. Came out good, filling 1 was sweet italian sausage, ricota, spinache, garlic, and egg yolk for biner. Filling 2 was butternut squash, acorn squash, nutmeg, thyme, sage, and egg yolk. This one came out too much like pumpkin spice for me, but my girlfriend obviously loved it. Made "toasted butter" sauce and also had some supermarket pasta sauce in the fridge. The wontons were thin but they worked flavor-wise. It was definitely nice to have them premade and cut to size, the actual wrapping process took like 5 minutes
