Fuck no. It was way too greasy because he literally boiled the vegetables in oil and then built the sauce on top of that mess. Don't remember but he put like 2 or 3 fat layers of mozzarella, basically a pound of cheese.

No thin bechamel or ricotta, just a fucking sauce with half a liter of oil, pasta and cheese. Disgusting.
