Take it easy, man. Your gut needs time to adapt.
I recommend you start with broth. Buy a beef neck and simmer it for a few hours with a bay leaf, then add some garlic and onions for the final boil.
Remove the neck and refrigerate for later use, then eat the broth.

going on a vacation and ive been told its nearly impossible to avoid meat in the country so im prepping my digestion system for meat. i enjoyed being vegetarian but im tired now
Get some soup at first, nothing too strong. Chicken us an impeccable starting point.

But yeah seriously this
Your butt may not agree
But this is just a natural transition so if you do get sick dont mind it.
Some non-vegetarian chili might be okay just dont get it too spicy

There's alot of things you miss out on by being vegan which have meat in them but Meat is not necessarily the central part of it. Aiding in the flavor or adding bits to chew on but not being the main event.
Also Paneer Curry indian food is made of dense cottage cheese chunks but it tastes like fried tofu might. You can get premade indian dinners for like $2 in the international section of some grocers.
(I guess that counts as meat since its cheese, some vegans would be opposed to it)
