Hey /ck/, help me get some info for everyone's benefit.
- How much fiber do you eat per day?
- What do you drink throughout the day?
- How often/well do you poop?
I'll start:
- I eat around 12-13 grams of fiber for breakfast, 3-4 grams at lunch and anywhere from 4-10 grams at dinner. Though I often skip lunch.
- I drink a TON of water every day, I mean a TON. Probably around 8 16oz glasses a day. Some of that is milk.
- I usually poop every 2 days, but I often have trouble. It will start with cracks but end normal and soft.
I eat far too little fiber in my diet, it's noticed when I visit the toilet. Can you recommend something easy to add to meals, or snacks?
At minimum, 30g. At max, 45g.
Soy milk, several litres of water, coke zero.
Once a day, after getting out of bed. A lot of poop. Comes out smooth and with integrity. No struggle required.

It would do you well to increase your fiber intake OP.

I'm dieting so presently once per 2 days. If I were to eat fast food I would have one bowel movement per day.
Around 50% of my shits are trivial cleanup. Around 99% of my shits are low-effort 5 minute affairs.

oatmeal 1-2x a week with added flax meal or chia seeds are easy ways to up your fiber considerably

I eat around 60 grams of fiber per day, excluding fiber supplements. I take 15 grams of fiber from wheat bran, which I consider a supplement, for a total of 70-80 grams per day
