Cheese doesn't go on pulled pork. Whether it's cheese or mac n cheese, cheese doesn't go on pulled pork sandwiches. The reason they are so popular is to taste the sauce and judge how good they are at BBQ. Not have it covered in a layer of cheese to mask the flavor.

Agreed, the mac and cheese is a good side, but mixed together is the mark of a sub-par BBQ sauce.
