My fries always come out soggy if I bake them, and I use all the tricks.

Cut potato into chips. Toss with about 1-2 tbsp of oil and 1 tbsp of paprika. Spread out on sheet. Bake for 25 minutes @ 200C. Flip chips individually. Bake for another 10-15 minutes @ 200C.
Cooking times vary. 40+ minutes basically. You can also do 220C but the result is a little different. 240C is too hot.

If this is an individual serving, That is a Deci-sized batch at best.
