Who cares, people just add red food coloring to white wine and they can't tell the difference. Wine is the potpourri of drinks.

Considering the fact that most sommeliers can't tell the difference between a $10 bottle of wine and a bottle which costs thousands, I'd say there's no need to study.

The best thing you can do is practice putting your head up your ass since your becoming a certified shit sniffing cunt.

I hope you pass the course then. A friend of mine living in Dallas just went through a sommelier course and hated it. She basically confirmed every negative stereotype of them. She did it for the same reasons as you. She works for a very nice catering business.
