I made these vegan cupcakes a few times when I used to eat refined substances more. It's always fun when someone tries to be cool by ripping one in half to make an icing sandwich only to discover there's filling. I made chocolate leaves to put on them. I also made some other cupcakes with mini pumpkin pies inside and "cream cheese" frosting.
