Don't you like nachos, talking about nachos, eating nachos? Nachos is the #1 snackfood in the world, it would not be surprising if I find girlfriend who like nachos. So blow me.

I prefer taco bell nachos Belgrande w/onions and jalapeños over any other homemade nachos. Their nacho sauce is spicy af.

Get a pound of ground beef, lean, cook it up / brown it, then get rid of the liquid fat.

get a taco seasoning packet, add it to the meat with a cup of water, stir it up real good, let it simmer for a bit so the water can evaporate, maybe add some paprika or other spices,

when it cooks down to not such a liquidy consistancy, add in a can of refried beans, mix it all together. This is your meat

heat up a cup of milk in sauce pan, add a tablespoon of butter and a tablespoon of white flour, stir it up real good then add 7 slices of american cheese, medium heat, stir occasionally. This is your cheese sauce.

Dice tomatoes, get a jar of jalapenos and cut them up even smaller,

lay down layer of fresh chips, drizzle cheese over them, add meat randomly, sprinkle on tomatoes and jalapenos, then add another layer, do the same thing but on top layer add dollops of sour cream randomly.


Optionally you can add chives, olives, hot sauce, or anything else you'd like on your nachos.

Small portion cheddar, chips, cheddar, diced tomato, diced onion, scallion, grilled corn, repeat for second layer, top with smoked mozzarella, oven, finish with meat of choice (blackened chicken, seasoned ground beef, shredded pork) and drizzle of charred tomato vinaigrette. If you care for garnish throw some lettuce, sour cream, cilantro on top.
