I like to bbq. Its fun at a casual party where you make sure who ever is grilling at the time never runs out of booze.

The only people i have ever seen take it overly seriously are on american tv.

Me neither. Why pay the price of a steak when it doesn't even taste nice when you eat it. I know people have different tastes but a McDonald's hamburger is literally tastier than a well done steak at a fraction of the price so what's the point?

I'm a Kamado Joe fan... most versatile cooking system around..low & slow, grilling, baking breads, wood fired pizza, and searing steaks @ 900C..

I ask people what temp they want on their steaks then cook everybody to med rare, that is unless there's a rare request.... i've converted about all of those damn shoe leather people bahahahahahahahah
