Gellan gum is often added to chocolate milks for mouthfeel especially among cheaper brands but I have even seen milk from a "local" "organic" dairy farm that sells for about 4x as much even worse than OPs pic.

i don't think any food at an american high school is considered top cuisine. it's general knowledge that it's shit in 99 percent of schools. if not, it doesn't stay that way.

Our school had a pretty dope program in which students could opt to finish out their basic classes then attend cosmology, automotive, and culinary training programs.
