What type of meat goes best with baked sweet potatoes and how would you season/cook it?
hard mode: no fried chicken
probably tofu
seasoning? teriyaki
thinly sliced steak with chilli sauce

tofu isn't meat.
And tofu isn't good without a meat complimenting it.

well, it's soy meat

i imagine pork would go nicely with sweet potatoes.

What sort of seasoning should I go with?
Right now I'm thinking bone-in pork chops with a country theme, maybe brown sugar?
>>8321377
brown sugar, a bit of cinnamon and nutmeg. cube em up, candy them in a pan with some butter and a splash of lemon. salt/pepper to taste. should be nice, especially if you're like me and cook your chops like steaks.

>bone-in pork chops
You mean pork chops then?
>>8321394
eh, it might seem a bit redundant. but where i live at least, pork chops are usually thin and boneless and meant for frying. thick, bone-in chops are sort of fringe.
I've just used them when I feel like a variation on oven baked potato wedges.
So most types of pan fried/grilled protein with a good sauce.
