How do I make milk last longer?
I never drink the stuff, and only use a cup at a time for pancakes. Is there anything I can do with it, or any way to keep it from spoiling for a couple weeks?
Drink it

Fix that, and everything else will fall into place.
Or buy smaller amounts. Milk shouldn't be one of the items you buy in bulk just to save a few cents.

if it's spoiling you can make cheese with it
as it gets spoiled it becomes more acidic - if it's acidic/spoiled enough you can split the whey and curds naturally if you heat it up without any lemon juice which people would normally use when it's not spoiled
buy organic
it has a much longer fridge life

You could make some pudding, only takes 5 min.

Then it really doesn't sound like you'd be wasting much. If anythinf, see if you can substitute fresh milk with carnation instant or evaporated milk. I've never used the stuff, so I may be way off base
When you buy it, pour it into smaller containers and freeze them.
