I'm hungry all the time, even when I manage to eat enough the hunger comes back after an hour tops
I need ideas on cheap foods I can make in bulk because I can't afford any more junk food runs
Today I got McDonalds twice plus I bought 2bags of gummy bears, 3 cereal bars, 6 peanut butter chocolates, big bag of popcorn, chocolate covered cookies, big chocolate bar, 2 litters of coke and two steak and potatoes meals and I'm going for another run in a bit and probably will do a second one before bed

try the low carb high fat diet. health fat(nuts, fish, olive oil , avocado) and good protein ( fish , chicken, several vegetables) and just good carbs like whole grain bread/pasta/rice

eat fattier foods. Fat is processed slower than carbs or proteins. Get a deep fat fryer and a giant bags of Tater-Tots, cheese sticks, and learn to make scotch eggs. Also try drinking beer it will fill you up. Or just drink more water.
