Microwave ruins the crust. Its like steamed pizza, and really awful.
I heat in a frying pan, toaster oven, or if a lot of pizza, on a baking sheet in the oven. It can be even better.

Cold pizza is okay (depending on type). The texture is interesting, but cold food really dulls the flavor. Its better if your pizza was already very strongly flavored.
Cold pizza has that "solid fat" mouth texture, if you like that, then go for it.

Unless I'm really hungry, I always bake that shit. Takes 5 minutes and tastes 100% better.
