Anybody else here Rally's/Checkers? Ever since I was a kid

I like Rally's but why are they always located on the outskirts of ghettos

Checkers' fries are god tier, and you can't beat that $2 chicken bites and fries box

The only Checkers I've ever been to where in the South in particular... DARK areas, if you catch my drift.

Poor service, hyper-greasy food, massively underwhelming. I imagine the quality is better in other areas, but I can't bring myself to spend $6 on something that's already disappointed me

Checkers is God tier but in NY they have shit locations, making their double driveway a WASTE!

When I lived in a big city they had a solid location. The double drive through was nice. I love their chocolate shakes and big bufords. The fries are great but a bit salty.

The two by me now are super sketchy and as far away from the city as you can be while still being in the city. One of them you wouldnt even know was a Rallys/Checkers unless you googled its location beforehand.

This says a lot about the caliber of people who eat there. Other ghetto places include White Castles and most KFC/Popeye's. See attached map for likely Checkers locations, the correlation is strong.
If you're poor and uneducated, you tend to eat super greasy, super salty, ultra high calorie oversized portions, massive sugar drinks, at a dodgy, unclean establishment with terrible service but low prices.
Its the way of the world.
Admitting this is your preference really classifies you in the "bottom 10%". Is that where you want to be? If not, I suggest you take a hard look at your life choices.

Checkers is good as fuck. Know what else you'll only find near "inner city" areas? Actual food that isn't a chain restaraunt, real pizzarias, real mexican food, other ethnic food, etc etc

Exactly. Only a fool would think inner cities is some heaven of great cooking. All you find is bottom of the barrel, diabetes and obesity inducing fast food chains with bulletproof glass, and corner stores that sell 40 ounce malt liquor, cigarettes, lottery tickets, bail bonds, payday loans, and junk food. Here we call it a "food desert" because proper groceries are few and far between. Checker's prefers to set up shop in these areas.
Poverty, crime, and obesity awaits you. But hey, at least you can say you belong to something that's bigger than you are individually. Your landlord can direct you to one of the fine rentals available in RED zones, within easy walking distance to your fine-dining restaurant of choice.

I'm pretty sure Albany Park, Englewood, West Englewood, Greater Grand Crossing, Pullman, Gage Park, and South Shore should be higher than what they're labeled. Morgan Park should be lower.
