Family has entrusted me with bringing a sweet potato dish this year. I don't know the first damn thing about sweet potatoes or how to make them taste good. All I know is that marshmallows are involved and it's baked.
Please help me make something that'll knock grandma's socks off. I don't really trust recipe sites because the old ladies on it who rate recipes as "good" make 50 million alterations to the recipe.

i made sweet potato gnocchi with maple syrup, and it was vurry vurry good
